You can create your own promotions and stables at Configure Team. Move your downloaded wrestlers to any existing promotion and stable to use them in other modes. Off the main menu, go to Edit More, Team Edit, then Transfer Wrestler. If you downloaded wrestlers from or the Steam Workshop and can't find them, they can be found in the Retired section. On PC, the game usually goes on sale significantly during all Steam sales.
